Machine/Software to start!

Hello everyone.
I am studying AMC but I have a question:
are these software to be installed on pc or hardware + software?
ISHA Hunter Metatron
ISHA Virus Expert Pro
ISHA DNA Expert Pro
ISHA Aura Commandments Expert Pro Physio
ISHA Biophilia X1
ISHA 3D
ISHA 8D
ISHA 4025
What is the hardware machine to buy to run all these programs?
Sorry for the stupid question, but I have been reading the forum, the shop for several months, but I still don't understand.

I am putting money aside to buy ionix detox, then I will buy the zapper and then what other machine / software do you suggest to buy to start?
Doing Free ISHA cure + Ionix detox + Zapper + machine / software

Thank you Grandmaster! But sorry to sound stupid. I have only one dedicated computer for this. Do I need to change dongles when I use the different programs on the same computer? Or do I keep all three dongles plugged in at the same time in one computer?

And just to be clear -- I will receive just one machine - Biophilia Hunter83 - in total, or 3 machines connected to the 3 dongles? (there is an image on the webpage with 3 boxes beside the laptop - so I'm a bit confused)

I also want to connect the Quantum Black box. This will all work together, yes?
